Looking for large, undeveloped streets.

I'm looking to buy a few suitably large streets (Initial value of at least $2mil). The larger, the better. I'm willing to pay triple it's initial value. If you have or see any streets worth developing, but have too many streets as it is*, it's a way to pick up some quick cash. *(I did some math, and with the tax per street, income caps at 19 streets if each street yields exactly the same rent, with severe diminishing returns starting at 14 streets. The larger the gap in street incomes, the lower the optimal number of streets falls. I would recommend no more than 12 high income streets.)

Not that I can find, which is why I'm offering money for anyone who happens to come across or know of a large street that they themselves do not need.
